Short answer...maybe. I know a lot of people will be rushing headlong to set up a Google+ page for business, but I'd suggest you stop and think first. Google+ pages are really new, and their usefulness is limited as the Google+ platform is very immature.
Social networks like Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook will almost certainly give your business better bang per buck right now. Are you honestly using those to their full potential?
If not, then speak to us about developing a killer digital strategy to help you gain new customers, retain and delight existing ones and conduct valuable research.
If so, read the new Google+ Pages for Business guide and get it from the horses mouth.
I have been working with Jeremy Webb of webbactivemedia for about 6 years now and he has been instrumental in helping develop and grow the digital side of my business. I consider myself to be relatively knowledgable with the internet, but Jeremy really does have an incredible grasp of how and why and where it works. This knowledge and his ability to keep up to date with what is happening means that he is the person I turn to.
